We want you to love your Whataburger gear as much as a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship & Wait for Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
